Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These terms cover your use of flowmeshai.com and the services Flow Mesh provides. The commercial detail of any project — scope, price, and timing — is set out in the written proposal we agree with you, which sits alongside these terms.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Flow Mesh: [TO BE COMPLETED] (legal entity name, registered address, and company or business number). Contact: contact@flowmeshai.com.
2. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law.
The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as though it were.
3. Our services
We provide AI tool audits, integration and setup, workflow automation, and training and ongoing support. What we will actually do for you, what it costs, and when it will be delivered are defined in the written proposal we agree before work starts. Where anything in that proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
Free consultations described on this site are offered on a no-obligation basis and create no contract to proceed. Audits and other paid engagements are scoped and quoted in a written proposal, and begin only once you have accepted it.
4. Quotes and acceptance
A proposal becomes binding when you accept it in writing, including by email. Until then we may change or withdraw it.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the accepted proposal. Our payment terms, deposit requirements, and late-payment terms are: [TO BE COMPLETED].
6. What we need from you
Delivering integration work requires access and input from your side — accounts, credentials, decisions, and timely answers. Where a delay is caused by our not having those, timelines shift accordingly.
You are responsible for having the right to grant us access to the systems and data involved in the work.
7. Third-party tools
Our work connects tools that we do not own or control, such as your CRM, email provider, and automation platforms. Those tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and them. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing changes, or breaking changes they make to their interfaces, though we will help you adapt where we have agreed ongoing support.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Flow Mesh. Automations, documentation, and configurations we build specifically for you, and that you have paid for, are yours to use in your business. Anything we bring with us — our methods, templates, and pre-existing tooling — remains ours, and we grant you the license needed to use the delivered work.
9. Confidentiality
We treat what we learn about your business as confidential and will not disclose it, except where we need to share it with a provider to deliver the work, or where the law requires it. We expect the same of you regarding our proposals and methods.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Subject to that, our liability arising out of the services is limited as set out in the accepted proposal, and is in any case limited to: [TO BE COMPLETED].
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of tools or automations after handover.
11. Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable. Notice periods and any cancellation terms are: [TO BE COMPLETED].
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your engagement is the one in force when your proposal was accepted.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED] (governing jurisdiction), and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, we would much rather talk — email contact@flowmeshai.com and we will try to sort it out.
