Workflow automation for accounting and bookkeeping firms

Less chasing documents, more time on the work clients pay for.

New tools keep piling up, and nobody on your team has the time, or the specialist know-how, to connect them properly. That is exactly the job we take off your hands.

IN SHORT

What we do for accounting firms

We are workflow automation and systems integration specialists for accounting and bookkeeping firms of 10 to 50 people. We connect the CRM, email, document storage, e-signature and the tools around your accounting software, so client onboarding, document collection and deadline reminders run without re-keying or manual chasing. Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee stack audit (EUR 1,500) that gives a written verdict on each tool: keep, configure, consolidate or replace. We are not accountants and give no accounting or tax advice: we make your tools work together. NDA signed when you engage us, before any system access; we work inside your own accounts and don't copy client data out.

THE STACK WE SPECIALIZE

CRM integration and workflow automation across your whole stack

We work with the software established firms actually run, and connect it so data is entered once and correct everywhere.

WHERE THE HOURS GO

Where accounting firms lose hours between systems

The software fees are the visible part. The real cost is the chasing, the re-keying and the spreadsheet that tracks what the systems should.

01

Document collection by email reminder

Statements, receipts and signed forms arrive in pieces, by email, after several reminders sent by hand. Someone keeps a spreadsheet of who still owes what.

02

Onboarding a client means typing them in four times

The engagement letter, the CRM, the practice tool and the ledger each get the same details, typed again. Every copy can drift from the others.

03

Deadlines tracked in someone's head

Filing and reporting dates live in a calendar or a spreadsheet one person maintains. When they're away, reminders stop.

04

Tools added one at a time

A portal here, an e-signature tool there, an automation someone built years ago. Each solved one problem; together they overlap and nobody owns the whole.

WHO WE WORK WITH

What we typically build for accounting firms

Established firms with recurring clients, recurring deadlines and too much of both handled by hand.

Onboarding in one step

One intake that creates the client across the CRM and practice tools and sends the engagement letter for signature.

Document requests that chase themselves

Automated requests and reminders that stop as soon as the document arrives, filed in the right client folder.

Deadline reminders from one source

Reminders and tasks generated from the client record instead of a spreadsheet one person keeps.

A verdict on the stack before adding more

Before buying another portal, the audit says which tools to keep, configure, consolidate or replace.

Serving firms in

United States · Canada · Switzerland · Luxembourg · Singapore · Philippines · France

We work remotely, with no local offices. Calls are in English or French, every deliverable is in writing, and all fees are invoiced in euros.

RECENT WORK · ANONYMISED UNDER NDA

The closest work we can show: a law firm's intake, rebuilt

Law firm · 20 to 35 people · France

Audit, then integration · 7 weeks

Before

Client intake relied on email chains, paper forms and manual re-entry into several systems. Marketing could not track which leads came from French legal directories and campaigns. Engagement letters often went out late, which delayed billing.

After

One intake form creates the client in every system. Marketing campaigns sync directly to the CRM, so the firm can see return on each channel. Engagement letters generate and file themselves. About 40 hours a month back across paralegal and admin staff.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What firms ask us first

Do you replace our accounting software?

We don't start from replacing it. The audit judges it like every other tool, and most of the work is connecting intake, document collection, the CRM and email to it.

Are you accountants?

No. We give no accounting or tax advice. We make the tools your firm already pays for work together, and automate the steps between them.

Do you sign an NDA before we share anything?

Yes. The NDA is signed as soon as you engage us, before you give us access to any system or data. The free fit call beforehand doesn't need confidential information: we talk about how the firm runs, not about specific clients.

Do you keep a copy of our data?

No. We work inside your own accounts under the permissions you grant, and we don't copy client data out to our own systems.

Is this right for a small practice?

We work best with firms of 10 to 50 people. Under 10 people with two or three tools, an audit would be overkill: write to us anyway and we'll point you in the right direction on the free call, without a fee.

How long does it take?

The audit takes 1 to 2 weeks. Integration and automation are scoped in writing after it and typically take 6 to 8 weeks, built alongside your live systems so the busy season isn't disrupted by a switch-over you didn't choose.
