Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This policy explains what information Flow Mesh collects when you use flowmeshai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have kept it deliberately plain. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in normal words.
1. Who we are
Flow Mesh operates flowmeshai.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered details are: [TO BE COMPLETED] (legal entity name, registered address, and company or business number).
For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at contact@flowmeshai.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and what a web server necessarily records. Specifically:
- Enquiry form: your name, work email address, business type, what you are hoping to solve, the tools you currently use, your timeline, and which language version of the site you submitted from. We also record the IP address the submission was sent from, purely to rate-limit abuse of the form.
- Bookings: if you go on to book a call, the scheduling calendar is embedded on our booking page. Loading that page connects your browser directly to our scheduling provider, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, and it collects your name, email address and the time you select. We pass your name and email across from the enquiry form so you do not have to type them twice. No other page on this site loads anything from a third party.
- Server logs: our web server records the IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, and timestamp of each request, as essentially all web servers do. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
3. What we do NOT collect
We want to be specific about this, because it is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly. This site runs no analytics platform, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no session-recording tool.
The single exception to us loading nothing from anyone else is the booking page, where the scheduling calendar is embedded. That page, and only that page, contacts our scheduling provider. You reach it only after choosing to submit the enquiry form.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies of our own anywhere on this site.
The only thing we store in your browser is a single local-storage entry named "fm-locale", which remembers whether you chose the English or French version of the site so we do not keep switching languages on you. It contains only the text "en" or "fr". It holds no identifier, it is never sent to our server, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If you reach the booking page, we briefly hold the name and email you entered in the form in your browser's session storage, purely to prefill the calendar. It is discarded when you close the tab, and it is never sent anywhere except to the calendar you are booking through.
The embedded calendar on that page may set cookies of its own, under its provider's control rather than ours. Its own cookie notice appears inside the calendar, and its privacy policy governs those cookies.
5. How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the call you requested, and provide the services you engage us for. We use server logs to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our business run, and only to the extent they need it:
- Calendly — handles call scheduling. Its calendar is embedded on our booking page, so your browser contacts Calendly directly when that page loads, before you book anything. Bookings made on 22 July 2026 may have been scheduled through Cal.com, which we used briefly that day.
- Namecheap Private Email — our email hosting provider; delivers the notification email we receive when you get in touch.
- Our hosting provider — operates the server that runs this site and on which enquiry submissions are stored.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers above process information outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Where information moves across borders, we rely on the transfer protections offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it. Our specific retention period is: [TO BE COMPLETED].
Server logs are kept only for a short operational period.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email us and we will action it. We will not charge you or make it difficult.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
If you are in Canada, you may access and correct your personal information under PIPEDA, and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If you are in New Zealand, you have access and correction rights under the Privacy Act 2020 and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom should read our French-language privacy policy, which sets out the additional rights that apply under the GDPR.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be made clear.
13. Contact
